problems first and fast. Why is this unique? Authorized warranty shops provide warranty service to any device regardless of where it has been purchased. We continue to provide this service, however Jump I.T. warranty issues take priority as follows:

  • You have priority support on hardware and integrated solutions purchased direct from Jump I.T. and CSC.
  • You have clearly defined service coverage.
